Return, Refund & Order Cancellation Policy
Thanks for shopping at Acire23 Commerce. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, and that our products meet your expectations.
By placing an order or making a purchase at Acire23 Commerce, you agree to the terms of our return, refund and cancellation policy (“policy”) set out herein.
If you discover a defect in the product you bought (“defective product”) or you have any other reason we consider genuine to return the product, you may be entitled to return the defective product or product, provided that you follow the guidelines below:
- All defective items must be returned within [insert] days from the date of the purchase;
- Every defective item returned must be unused and in the same condition that the customer purchased;
- In the case of non-defective products, the product has to be damage free, if we find any damage on the product, we will not accept the return of the product, and you will lose your right to a refund; and
- Every defective product or non-defective product returned must be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
For any returned product, we reserve the right to determine whether you are entitled to a replacement of the returned product, or not, this right shall be exercised by us whether or not you had elected for a replacement of the returned product rather than a refund.
Refunds or cancellation of your order
There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some Issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. You agree that by placing an order you have merely made an offer to us, which we will confirm when we indicate to you that the product you ordered is available and ready to be dispatched or shipped to you. As such, you agree that no liability will arise against us for any of your order we may have to cancel for the above reason. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We at Acire Commerce commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products
We also carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. In addition, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Acire23 Commerce is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will examine your returned product as soon as we receive it and it follows the guidelines stated above, we would notify you and we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase price or replacement, this may be in cash or by crediting any account you provide to us. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Acire23 Commerce is not responsible for return shipping cost or other costs of the return. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
